About our Ministry
Young Life doesn't start with a program. It starts with adults who are concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. These relationships don't happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency
Our Mission
Introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
In Columbus
In our city we currently have ministry in six high schools and six middle schools as well as YoungLives at one high school and a learning program. We have a team of over 50 leaders that go and build friendships with students and adults in our community. We are always looking for room to grow!
IT MATTERS
"When I think of Young Life, the word 'relationships' comes to mind. Through YL, I learned as a high schooler what it looked like to have a relationship with Jesus; I have met some of my closest friends, and the Lord brought me and my wife together at a YL camp. The Lord has used this ministry over the past 25 years to shape me into the man I am today."
